Wire Hanger Art

Is a wire hanger hanging on a nail some kind of Islamic symbolism or just a hanger on nail?

I once saw a picture of a Muslim family (wearing obvious Muslim attire) online, sitting on a impressively-styled, expensive-looking sofa pushed against a wall, smiling for the camera. Ordinary stuff. Obvious, however, was the empty "wire hanger" (coat hanger) hanging on a large nail on a otherwise vacant, white wall directly above them. It was almost centered, as a picture would be, just a little off to the left (so not exactly centered) but it was directly above the sofa.

Is this Islamically symbolic in anyway to any kind of Muslims? Some kind of Muslim art work at play, individual interpretation of art, or just a really bad decorating moment, or just a hanger on a nail?

I'm guessing it's just a hanger on a nail.
