Car shirt hangers: advice sought?

I iron my shirts if I am going to be staying away from home for a couple of days. But sometimes they require re-ironing once I have reached my hotel after becoming creased in the car. Any ideas on how to keep my shirts crease free (as much as possible). Hanging in the back of the car is not ideal as the shirts rest on the back seat if hung from the roof handle.

lie your shirts on the parcel shelf in your car. Also, you can remove superficial creases by steaming, so if you have a shower/ bath in the place you are staying, hang your shirts in the room, the creases will drop out!

Or, you could not iron before you leave, but iron before you need to wear them?
