Button Storage

I need a completely free online file storage for a 200mb file?

Basically, I just need to share this file with a friend one time. I have Facebook...but the upload freezes at around 40MB.

A lot of the online file storage places have a stupid "browse" button and a simple upload (it doesn't tell you how far along it is, so you're left to guess). I need something that will tell me the percentage of upload completed. Secondly, I also need a service that is completely free. A lot of services claim to have a free trial. You have to put credit card info in just to get the trial, and have a major hassle trying to cancel the service - so they end up billing you for it against your will. I don't want to enter any credit card info anywhere. Does such a service still exist? XDrive used to be awesome, but now isn't available anymore.
