How can I hire organizer/decorator?

I apartment is a mess. I don't know how to make room. I live in 2 bedroom place. And I don't buy many clothes. But, the closets are full of clothes. On the top of dinning room, the boxes of cereals are sitting and my vitamins and.... I don't have a good brain to make room. How should I hire someone to help me with organizing and not to chareg alot?

Why would you pay someone , when you have all of us on Yahoo to help you out !

Begin by piling everything up into one room and clean the empty room all the way from top to bottom, next get some garbage bags and sit down on the floor if you need to and select your clothes that you will keep and the ones that you wont , wash the once that you will keep first , fold or hang into the closet or put them into the drawers, listen to music while you are doing this . and clear your table from all the clutter , if you clean one room at the time you will feel much better and not overwhelmed by all the work , when you are done make sure that you keep it up and do your laundry ,iron,fold and put them away right away .
